Our pipeline development program (PDP) challenges new talent to build innovative solutions to complex problems. During the 2-year program each participant is introduced to diverse functions in their discipline and in parallel exposed to internal and external trainings to bolster their personal development preparing them to make an immediate impact to the organization when they graduate the program.
