About the Role

 

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on DevOps Engineer to establish, build, and continuously improve our DevOps capabilities. You will take ownership of designing and maintaining scalable, secure, and automated cloud environments, and collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams.

This role is fully hands-on and requires strong technical execution, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for automation, reliability, and cloud architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across all environments.
  • Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging strategies using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana.
  • Define and enforce DevOps standards, policies, and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Product to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
  • Maintain and optimize multi-account AWS infrastructure per customer/project.
  • Own the security, scalability, and cost-efficiency of cloud environments.
  • Participate in architecture and design discussions related to infrastructure, deployments, and operational reliability.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience
  • Proven experience on Linux
  • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)
  • Proficient in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, etc.)
  • Experience with Docker and container orchestration (ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes)
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and team leadership abilities
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with hybrid or edge environments (e.g., AWS Greengrass, MQTT)
  • Background in customer-specific infrastructure deployments (multi-tenant / per-client setup)
  • Familiarity with AWS Organizations, SCPs, and cost allocation tagging
  • Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven workflows (Lambda, EventBridge)
  • Exposure to configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet)
  • Understanding of FinOps principles or cloud cost optimization strategies
