Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall execution and delivery of multidisciplinary projects, ensuring that all processes, operations, and deliverables are coordinated efficiently and completed on time, within scope, and within budget.  

The role serves as the main point of coordination between internal departments, manufacturing, subcontractors and customers, enabling clear communication, effective collaboration, and disciplined execution.  

The Project Manager ensures that project teams follow company standards, quality requirements, and established processes throughout development, production, installation, and handover.  

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across all departments, customers, and subcontractors, set priorities, and drive successful project execution. 
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, priorities, resource assignments, and deliverables. 
• Analyze and manage project budgets, risks, procurement activities, resource allocation, other project data, and take proactive corrective action as needed. 
• Prepare project-specific reports and provide stakeholders with a consolidated view of the overall project portfolio. 
• Define, evaluate, implement, and continuously improve project management tools and software in line with organizational needs. 
• Continuously monitor and control projects to ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, scope, budget, and schedule. 
• Own project data management, including data collection, documentation, lessons learned, and the development of templates, documents, and supporting tools
• Develop and improve project management policies, processes, and workflows. 
• Act as the primary customer focal point and maintain clear, professional communication throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Manage the full project lifecycle from customer data collection, design, production, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) through on-site system implementation and customer training

Competencies

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.  
• Strong leadership and ownership skills.  
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure and solve crisis situations 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
• Excellent organizational skills in a cross-functional environment.  
• Self-managed, detail-oriented, service-minded, and results-driven.  
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.  
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline, such as Industrial or Process Engineering. 
• 3-5 years of experience in the processing industry, such as food, pharmaceutical, or defense industry 
• Strong engineering understanding and excellent technical capabilities. 
• Hands-on experience with process-system projects. 
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects spanning process, mechanical, electrical, and control disciplines. 
• Experience with Microsoft Project and web-based project management platforms, such as Monday.com. 
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred. 
• Experience with PLM systems is preferred. 
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. 
• Experience working with international projects, customers, and companies.  
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for customer installations and to work across different time zones. Travel assignments may last 14 days or longer.
