Position Overview

 

As a key member of the Manufacturing Operations Finance team, this Finance Analyst, based in Columbus, Ohio, will play a critical role in supporting financial planning and analysis activities in procurement and operations, including capital expenditure review and analysis to support management decision making. 

 

Job Responsibilities

 
  • Provide financial analysis for various procurement cost savings initiatives 
  • Provide support to Manufacturing Operations Finance team related to procurement and operational activities and initiatives globally 
  • Provide financial analysis for capital expenditure projects globally 
  • Handle ad hoc financial analysis requests from various stakeholders 
  • Prepare reports, conduct data analysis and present findings to leadership 
  • Be responsive and adaptable to shifting priorities 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution 
  • Lead conversations with cross-functional teams and leadership 
  • Support team with any required M&A analysis

Minimum Qualifications

 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 
  • 6+ years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 
  • Experience  in procurement or supply chain finance preferred but not required 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions in a fast-paced environment 
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic finance environment 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel as well as other Microsoft Office applications
