Position Overview

 

Support Learning and Development initiatives in North America.

Job Responsibilities

 

Program Development and Support​

  • Create learning experiences from end-to-end for associates across the organization. Ensure all learning solutions are aligned with organizational goals and needs, HR roadmap and L&D strategy​
  • Create engaging and interactive e-learning content for online training programs. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy. ​
  • Facilitate both synchronous and asynchronous learning events, both in-person and virtually.​
  • Develop instructional materials, including handouts, manuals and other learning aids​
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments​
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in learning and development, particularly in the area of adult learning and learning technologies and make recommendations for enhancements to internal learning solutions​
  • Lead the integration and utilization of LinkedIn Learning to support associate development and career growth​
  • Provide technical support to associates to ensure smooth operation of learning technologies, including compliance-related courses and LinkedIn Learning access and use ​
  • Design and continuously audit eLearning courses as needs are identified across the organization​
  • Support learning and development program rollout and facilitation, as needed, both in person and virtually ​
  • Ensure that learning experiences are inclusive and accessible to all associates, considering diverse learning styles and needs​

Data Analysis and Reporting​

  • Track and analyze data from learning platforms to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for updates and improvements​
  • Generate reports and insights to inform continuous improvement of learning initiatives, enhancing the learning culture for associates ​

Learning Governance​

  • Serve as LMS administrative leader for the L&D function​
  • Ensure learning records are kept current for all associates and represent all training completed internally​

Knowledge, Skills, Attributes and Experience (KSAEs)

 
 

Knowledge and Skills​

  • ​Basic understanding and comfortability with LMS systems ​
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools ​
  • Advanced knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories and practices​
  • Ability to assess needs of learners and stakeholders 

 

Attributes​

  • Proficiency for collaboration​

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team​
  • Comfortable facilitating to diverse groups of learners

 

Experience​

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development program management, design and facilitation; specific experience with SuccessFactors a plus​
  • 5+ years of experience in eLearning course design​
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field.
