The ideal candidate will be skilled in multiple aspects of IT technical support, including hardware, servers, network switches and access points, etc.  Additionally, this person should be committed to collaborating with our associates to guide and support them with their IT needs. The IT Intern will work closely with IT OSS Regional Managers, the IT Solution managers and Hexion associates, to support and promote IT policies and standards. 

Job Responsibilities

 
  • Azure configuration and management 
  • Microsoft 365 administration and management 
  • Access management and administration with Entra and Active Directory Services 
    • Domain services and support focused on access management for file shares and group policy management 
  • Package review and deployment validation 
    • Assist team with package installation and validation for testing before being released to the company 
  • Windows OS imaging and testing validation on Dell equipment 
    • Work hands on with local IT and their associate customers 
  • Data Center management and administration 
    • Hands and eyes for planned and unplanned outages 

Minimum Qualifications

 
  • Pursuing a Computer Science, Business degree or related field with interests in Technology  
  • The ability to work and communicate effectively with both IT and Hexion end user community  
  • Knowledge of computer science for related field of study or tools  
  • Experience working with computers, servers and problem solving
