Position Overview
The Procurement Specialist will play a key role in optimizing procurement processes and strategies through the effective use of SpendCube, eRFX, and Cleansheeting methodologies. This position requires expertise in spend analytics, electronic request for proposals (eRFX) management, and cost modeling to drive strategic sourcing decisions and enhance procurement efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Spend Analysis and Management:
- Utilize SpendCube to analyze spend data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Improve the accuracy of data in SpendCube.
- Develop and maintain spend visibility reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements based on spend analysis.
eRFx Management:
- Manage the end-to-end eRFx process, including the creation, distribution, and evaluation of requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), and requests for quotes (RFQ).
- Develop and maintain eRFx templates and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to eRFx activities.
Cleansheeting and Cost Modeling:
- Apply Cleansheeting techniques to develop detailed cost models and pricing structures for products and services.
- Analyze and validate supplier cost structures and pricing to ensure competitiveness and value for money.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms.
Strategic Sourcing:
- Support the development and execution of strategic sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research and supplier assessments to identify potential new suppliers and assess current supplier performance.
- Drive sourcing initiatives and projects to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Communicate procurement strategies, results, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on procurement tools and processes as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years experience
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on spend analysis, eRFx, and cost modeling.
- Proficiency in SpendCube, eRFx platforms, and Cleansheeting methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, policies, and regulations.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
