Position Overview

​​We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Supply Chain Systems Specialist to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new supply chain software platform, with a focus on integration with Azure and MES systems. This role will manage a fast-paced 8.5-month roadmap, coordinating across IT, supply chain, procurement, and plant operations. After go-live, the role will assume application stewardship within the global Supply Chain network, providing support and optimization to existing and new processes

Job Responsibilities

 
  • ​​Own the project roadmap and ensure timely milestone delivery​ 
  • ​​Lead cross-functional teams through planning, vendor selection, integration, testing, and rollout​ 
  • ​​Coordinate technical workstreams, including Azure/MES integration, data migration, and architecture​ 
  • ​​Manage change management efforts, especially at the plant level, including training coordination​ 
  • ​​Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications​ 
  • ​​Report progress to senior leadership and adjust plans proactively​ 
  • ​​Serve as primary administrator and internal SME for the supply chain software​ 
  • ​​Manage system configurations, updates, and permissions​ 
  • ​​Collaborate with IT and supply chain teams on enhancements and optimizations​ 
  • ​​Monitor data quality, workflow performance, and user adoption​ 
  • ​​Provide Level 1/2 support and coordinate with vendor for escalations​ 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Education & Experience:  

  • Education: ​Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience​ 
  • Years of Experience: ​5+ years experience​ 

 

Experience, skills and knowledge: 

  • ​​5+ years of experience in IT project management or supply chain systems leadership 
  • ​Proven experience leading end-to-end software implementations 
  • ​Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and software tools 
  • ​Experience with Azure environments and manufacturing systems (MES) 
  • ​Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills 
  • ​Exceptional organizational and communication abilities 
  • ​PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus​
