Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market segment analysis to identify industry trends and material issues within the segment.  Map trends in a market matrix and present results to leadership with recommendations based on identified market trends and analysis. 
  • Create templates for integration of sustainability into business processes. Examples may include: 
    • Customer sustainability communications 
    • Marketing Communications 
    • Life-cycle analysis information gathering on a Hexion product line 
    • Emissions reporting data 
    • Corporate social activities 
    • New product development 
  • Utilize sustainability software tools for data entry and analysis for reporting metrics 
  • Support data collection and process development for corporate sustainability/ ESG reporting 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently in undergraduate studies in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Sustainability, Environmental Health & Safety, Regulatory, or other science-based field
  • Compliance, or Chemistry is required
  • Strong analytical skills as well as solid verbal and written communication skills is essential

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within an EHS or regulatory compliance organization is preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to speak English is essential and fluency in additional languages is preferred
