Job Responsibilities
The Maintenance Coordinator ensures reliable plant operations by planning, coordinating, and executing daily maintenance tasks and projects. This role manages contractors, oversees equipment maintenance, and supports operational reliability through troubleshooting and preventive measures. Responsibilities include handling SAP work orders, coordinating PSM Mechanical Integrity tasks, managing budgets, and serving as the primary point of contact for vendors and contractors. The Coordinator also maintains key systems (RO unit, boiler, HVAC, fire systems, etc.), ensures compliance with safety standards, provides LOTO training, and supports capital project development. Acting as the backup for the site manager, the role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills. This is a day-shift position with on-call responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications
- MS office and basic budgeting skills
- Highly organized and able to manage time
- Facility mechanical experience/aptitude:
- 5+ years in Maintenance preferred
- Pipefitting, electrical, conduit installation, wiring and general millwright skills highly desired
- SAP experience helpful
- Ability to fulfill weekend on-call responsibility
- Must be available for night call-ins
- Valid driver's license
