Position Overview

Leads end-to-end supply chain performance across Hexion's EMEA network, delivering operational excellence, customer reliability, and sustainable cost advantage for a specialty chemical business with a global supply and customer base. Balances service and cost through strategic SIOP, network optimization, and enablement Partners with manufacturing, commercial, and procurement to enable growth, resilience, and compliance across complex chemical operations supporting ~250 mm revenue buisness. Represents supply chain in the global management team and partners with leaders in Asia Pacific and North America regions to support the success of the business unit.

Job Responsibilities

• Leads the E2E Supply Chain strategy implementation and execution for EMEA, with responsibility for Customer Experience, Supply and Demand Planning, and Logistics Procurement and Execution functions in region.  
• Partner with Asia Pacific and North America regions to support the global business unit and develop global strategies.
• Champions digital transformation through AI tools.
• Ensures world-class customer fulfillment; minimizes lead-time, material allocation and delivery deviations
• Partners with Manufacturing and Procurement to align production and material availability for reliability and cost
• Owns execution of regional SIOP process linking demand, supply, and finance to optimize capacity, working capital, and service.
• Deliver outcomes, not just plans — turning forecasts into fulfilled orders, and strategies into measurable performance, ensuring supply chain decisions translate to real customer and financial impact.
• Key KPIs: Customer OTIF, Customer Satisfaction & Complaint Management, Safety Performance, Import/ Export Compliance, Freight Cost Optimization, Scheduling Attainment, Digitization and Automation rate.

• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain management, including demand and supply planning, production scheduling, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
• Ability to translate data into insight — leveraging analytics, KPIs, and dashboards to drive accountability and decision-making.
• Capability to balance strategic planning and operational execution, ensuring that long-term vision translates to measurable results.
• Experienced in developing talent, building high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Skilled at navigating ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and mobilizing teams through change.

Experience

• 10–15 years of progressive experience leading supply chain within manufacturing or chemical industry environments; experience navigating and succeeding in a matrix organization.
• Experience partnering with Operations, Procurement, Commercial, and Finance teams to align supply reliability, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to connect long-term strategic objectives to operational execution, leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions.
• Management of change, including supply chain redesign, capability building, and digital transformation initiatives; ability to influence and energize teams through transition.
• Demonstrated success achieving world-class KPIs in areas such as On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), logistics network design, and service level improvement across multi-country operations.
