Position Overview

Primary procurement interface to the Versatics business, accountable for ensuring reliable supply of raw materials at competitive cost. Acts as the focal point for procurement, aligning business needs with sourcing strategies and supplier performance.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Category Management (40%):

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials
• Manage portfolio to ensure cost competitiveness and supply security

Supplier Relationship Management (20%):

• Manage key supplier relationships and performance
• Lead negotiations and contract execution

Market Intelligence & Forecasting (10%):

• Monitor market trends and pricing dynamics
• Provide forecasts and insights to the business

Business Engagement & Cross-functional Work (20%):

• Primary interface to Versatics business
• Align with supply chain, R&D, and operations on supply needs

Innovation (10%):

• Identify improvement opportunities in sourcing and supply
• Drive continuous improvement and value creation

Experience

• 10+ years relevant commercial or procurement experience
• Strong analytical and creative strategic thinking skills with an attention to detail
• Knowledge of current technologies related to process analysis, supply chain optimization, procurement, and resource planning
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a matrix or multi-site organization.
• History of value creation
