Are you a recent graduate or early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, site-based environment? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Engineer to support our Brownfield projects for 12 months fixed term and contribute to process engineering excellence across our ANZ operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the project team in the design, estimation, scoping, installation, and commissioning of chemical process equipment.
  • Assist in implementing process and reliability programs for equipment across ANZ operations.
  • Help manage and participate in multidisciplinary engineering projects, working closely with other teams.
  • Assist in tracking project progress, costs, and schedules, while contributing to reporting and project presentations.
  • Support site compliance with regulatory standards, including MHF and EPA requirements.
  • Assist with managing critical engineering documentation (e.g., P&IDs, electrical drawings).
  • Contribute to cost-effective process and engineering solutions for the site.
 

Minimum Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • A degree in Process, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Exposure to process engineering, preferably in chemical manufacturing, liquid process industries, or similar fields.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and the ability to assist across engineering disciplines.
  • A very strong commitment to safety
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for problem-solving and technical development.
