Position Overview
- Contribute in scope collection, estimation & scope optimization
- Detail planning of equipment, e.g. heat exchangers, columns, furnaces, vessels, control & relief valves, pumps & compressors with the assistance of discipline engineers and the integrity department
- Mark-up & compile work packages & generate these work packages for stakeholders
- Contribute to plan & monitor (pre-turnaround) related activities such as scaffolds erection, insulation, pre-fabrication and pipe launching
- Contribute to track all (post turnaround) activities in the startup plant phase
- Directing of hired planners
- Contacting and selecting of contractors for the execution of Turnaround scope
- Prepare and issue proposal and preliminary construction schedule for Turnarounds and Clean Out stops
- Responsible for actual construction progress and to provide schedule updates
- Field supervision during turnarounds
- Responsible for all commissioning works related to Turnarounds and Clean out stops.

Job Responsibilities
General:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures around maintenance projects and Turnarounds. (Also Clean Out stops)
HSE/Q:
- Contribute to compliance with all local HSE/Q policies and Hexion guidelines applicable to assigned projects
Projects:
- Contribute to the delivery of assigned projects within budget and agreed time against the agreed quality standards
- Settlement of external contracts: materials specification and procurement

Minimum Qualifications
- HBO (WTBK)
- Practical experience in mechanical maintenance
- Affinity with IT
- Knowledge and affinity of rotating works
