Position Overview

 

Preparing maintenance activities, focused on E&I-Q, for the Production Site in Pernis according to agreed quality and time standards and, financial guidelines, and within the set HSE frameworks
 

Job Responsibilities

 

Tasks and responsibilities: 

  • Creating work orders at task level;
  • On-site, in some cases, recording the work to be carried out;
  • Determining the required work and materials and required time for the execution of the work;
  • Determining the required skills of technicians and contractors;
  • Budgeting the required budget;
  • After approval of work order(s), ordering and/or reserving materials;
  • Calling on services;
  • Processing the documentation into a workbook;
  • Offering the work order(s) to the scheduler;
  • After realization, closing the work order(s), including updating the associated documentation;
  • Managing the workload of both prepared and unprepared work.
     

Key Relationships:

Internal:
• Technical Assistant, Operational Planner and Scheduler, Warehouse, Purchasing Department, Data Maintainer. 
External:
• Contractors and suppliers.

Minimum Qualifications

 

Required knowledge and skills     

  • MBO+/HBO (E&I-Q);
  • MBO+ (Electro) with additional training and education;
  • Work preparation and planning techniques and methodologies;
  • Experience with SAP;
  • 3-5 years of experience in a chemical production environment, of which 2 years as a technical executive or five years of experience in a similar position in a chemical production environment;
  • Knowledge of the safety processes of the installation and specific safety procedures;
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with CMMS systems, and affinity with IT.
